EIP, on behalf of the Sierra Club, today sent a notice of intent to sue to Luminant Generation Company (formerly TXU) for over 20,000 violations of pollution standards at the Big Brown coal-fired power plant in east Texas, east of Waco and south of Dallas, Texas.
