The Environmental Integrity Project, Texas Campaign for the Environment, and Environment Texas filed a lawsuit against the Lower Colorado River Authority for thousands of ongoing violations of the federal Clean Air Act at the river authority’s Fayette coal-fired power plant, located between Houston and Austin.
